Schools of ambition.

Welcome to my celebrating success blog. Here you will find a record of my achievements and my reflections on how they are helping me become a successful learner, confident individual, effective contributer and a responsible citizen.

Responsible Citizen.

I helped a Family friend to organize an Evening of dancing and music for the Cot Death Society due to her daughter dying of cot death. This event took place in the Hope primary school and raised over 800 pound.

I also helped raise money for breast cancer by selling breast cancer badges to friends and family.

Effective Contiributor.

We went on a trip to Hoy, In Hoy we worked together in two teams. during our trip to Hoy we did all sorts of activities from archery to raft building. all of these activities involved group work and our group worked well together.
From this trip to Hoy i realised that working in groups is all about helping each other at there weaknesses.

Successful Learner.

In English we made a magazine and my groups magazine was all about music and films it was called 'heart attack' by making this magazine i realised that there is alot more too making a magazine then i thought there was. My group was voted best magazine by the class.

Confident Individual.

In our Assembly I had to Present the power point about how important sleep is to us. I had to Present this to the rest of the house. By doing this i have gained self confidence but i still get nervous speaking in front of people.

Meeee,.
